Guarantee of Omega products
Sarma Gostar Vira Company is the owner of Omega and Abato brands, producing all kinds of refrigeration, cooling-heating units, and air conditioners. The company’s products have a wide variety of uses, such as carrying day-old poultry and fertile eggs, fruits, dairy products, protein, and sensitive drugs, and can be installed on fixed, movable containers.
The quality of basic materials and parts used in Omega products is such that Sarma Gostar Vira Company offers all its products with a 12-month guarantee. Sarma Gostar Vira has also pledged to provide repair and inspection services as well as spare parts for ten years after the sale of each product.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- Guarantees without a seller’s seal are invalid.
- Guarantee service includes repairing or servicing the unit and providing free services to replace parts.
- Guaranteed devices are the ones that have a warranty card. It should be noted that to use after-sales service, it is necessary to provide the warranty card.
- After-sales service is only available in authorized centers introduced by Sarma Gostar Vira Company.
- The maximum duration of after-sales service coverage is 12 months from the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
- It is mandatory to record the buyer’s contact information to arrange after-sales services and periodic visits.
- It is mandatory to allow inspection within the first 30 to 45 days of installation.
The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
No inspection in the first 30 to 45 days;
- Damages caused by electrical fluctuations, fire, lightning, natural disasters, impact and misuse or neglect of the instructions mentioned in the manual;
- Devices repaired by people other than authorized service providers;
- Any damage, scratches or attempts to change the warranty card or license plate;
- Damages caused by accidents;
- Windbreak installation.
Also, the following parts are not included in the warranty:
Belts – Gas – Engine oil – Filters – Rotators – Bearings – Fuses
